Monday to Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm, starting Monday 2 November 2026 for renewals.

The stadium is cashless; cash payments cannot be accepted at the ticket office.

3. Is there an Early Bird discount?

Yes. Early Bird prices are available until 11:59pm on Friday 8 January 2027. Prices will increase from Saturday 9 January 2027. Purchase before midnight to secure the lowest available price.

4. Is there a renewal discount?

Yes. Season ticket holders from 2026 will be able to access the cheapest season tickets as a reflection of support this year.

5. Will the Early Bird deadline be extended?

No. The Early Bird deadline will not be extended.

6. Have season ticket prices increased for 2027?

Yes. Adult Early Bird season ticket prices, including Founders Club, have increased by £36 compared with 2026.

We’ve held all other season ticket prices (U12, U18 and 65+) at their 2026 levels.

Growing club revenue enables greater investment in the playing budget; every season ticket sold helps us build a stronger squad for 2027. Purchase during the Early Bird window for the lowest available price.

7. Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Yes. You can spread the cost of your season ticket over five monthly Direct Debit payments.

Direct Debit prices are 10% higher than the standard ticket price, except for child tickets, where an additional £5 applies.

Direct Debit is available for season tickets purchased up to and including 23 December 2026.

Your payment dates will depend on when you purchase:

  • Purchased by 23 November 2026: Your first payment will be on 1 December 2026, with your fifth and final payment on 1 April 2027.
  • Purchased between 24 November and 23 December 2026: Your first payment will be on 4 January 2027, with your fifth and final payment on 4 May 2027.

When booking online, you must select the ticket price category marked DD. Selecting a standard price category and then choosing Direct Debit at checkout will result in an error.

After 23 December 2026, season tickets must be paid for in full.

8. How many home games are included?

We are awaiting confirmation of the 2027 competition format from the RFL. We currently expect season tickets to include 12 home games, subject to confirmation.

9. Are cup and play-off games included?

This is subject to confirmation of the competition structure by the RFL. At present, we can only confirm that we expect 12 home games to be included. Further details will follow once confirmed.

10. What days will matchdays be on?

We understand how important Sunday afternoon rugby is, and we’ve changed our request to the RFL to favour Sunday home fixtures.

There are still factors outside our control. Sale Sharks have primacy at the CorpAcq Stadium, and planned pitch works in July will restrict availability. This may mean some home matches will still be played on Fridays.

Once the RFL releases the fixture list, which was published in early December last year, we’ll work with them, the other clubs and the stadium to accommodate as many Sunday home games as possible.

We can’t guarantee every home game will be played on a Sunday, but we’ll do everything we reasonably can to make it happen.

11. How much will single match tickets be?

Single, match tickets start from £24 Adult, £20 over 65, £15 under 18 and £5 under 12 with price increases for on the day purchases.

12. Which areas of the stadium are available?

South Stand: standing only, behind the posts.

West Stand, blocks W05–W08: reserved seating along the sideline.

Founders Club: reserved seating within the Founders Club area.

13. What is the difference between the South Stand and West Stand?

The South Stand is standing only, behind the posts. The West Stand offers reserved seats along the sideline.

Movement between stands is not permitted. To use a different area for a particular fixture, you must arrange a match-specific ticket exchange through the ticket office, subject to availability.

14. Can I renew the same West Stand seat as in 2026?

No. All West Stand seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you select and purchase a seat, it remains yours for the season. Founders Club seats are the exception and have a separate reservation process.

15. How do Founders Club members renew their seats?

2026 Founders Club season ticket holders should log into their Ticketmaster account and visit the “Offers” section, where their seat reservation will appear.

Founders Club seat reservations are held until 30 November 2026. From 1 December 2026, unrenewed seats may be released for sale, subject to availability.

16. Can I buy season tickets for friends and family?

Yes. The people you are purchasing for must be linked to your Ticketmaster account network using their client reference numbers. We recommend setting this up in your account before tickets go on sale. If one of your friends of or family was not a 2026 season ticket holder you can still buy them a ticket in the priority period but must contact the ticket office to be able to process the transaction.

17. Will I receive a physical season ticket card?

All season tickets are digital as standard. You can request a plastic card by selecting the option during checkout. A £5 charge applies per card, supporting our efforts to reduce plastic waste and promote digital ticketing.

18. What are the age categories?

Under 12: must be under 12 on the day of purchase.

Under 18: must be under 18 on the day of purchase.

Over 65: must be at least 65 on the day of purchase.

Under 12 and Under 18 season tickets must be purchased alongside at least one adult season ticket.

19. Why is there no family season ticket?

Families come in all shapes and sizes. Rather than offering a fixed family bundle, we offer reduced Under 12 and Under 18 ticket prices so different family groups can benefit.

20. Are complimentary carer tickets available?

Yes. As in previous seasons, a free carer ticket is available to eligible supporters who require assistance. Accepted evidence includes:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) award letter for children under 16, dated within the last 12 months.
  • DLA or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter for ages 16–64, dated within the last 12 months.
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance award letter dated within the last 12 months.
  • Access Card showing the +1 symbol.
  • Letter on headed paper from a medical professional familiar with your needs, clearly explaining the impact of your diagnosis, dated within the last 12 months.

This applies to season tickets and individual match tickets purchased via the ticket office. Supporters with complimentary carer tickets must attend and enter the stadium with their carer.
